Tesla is Here More Affordable Than Ever With Model 3 Standard Range.
Tesla has now officially opened the sales for the Model 3 Standard Range and starts from $35,000.
The announcement came on Twitter by Elon Musk. The CEO and founder wrote that Model 3 costs $35,000 and it will take only 1 minute to buy it online.
Tesla lovers seem to be excited, as Elon Musk finally delivers the promise he made three years ago that Tesla would produce the first “mass market” model.
Tesla’s tweet came shortly before Elon Musk’s post, stating the availability of Model 3 and the prices for each model.
The Standard Range Tesla Model 3
The new Standard Range Model 3 comes to the market with 354 km of range and is available at $35,000. That makes the new Standard Range Tesla Model 3 one of the most affordable, feature-packed long-range electric vehicles in the world.
The model will have a top speed of 210 km/h and maintain a 0–100 km/h of 5.6 seconds. The beautiful part about the Standard Range Model 3 is that, while the range is lower, the bones of the car remain the same. It looks like a Tesla. It drives like a Tesla. And it will still accelerate like a Tesla.

Standard Range Plus
The Standard Range Plus offers 386 km of a range that brings with it an improvement in performance. This model can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds and has a top speed of 225 km/h. That’s fast and is only $2,000 more than its little brother, at $37,000. Also, the Standard Range Plus comes with more premium interior features.
The Standard Range and Standard Range Plus are both available for ordering on Tesla’s website today, though orders will be processed and delivered based on the place in line for reservation holders.
