How to protect your product
As with all electronic types of equipment, we advise keeping your products stored in a dry place, preferably in a storage bag. Moisture in the contacts can result in the cable not working. If this happens you can place the cable in a warm and dry place for at least 24 hours. Avoid leaving the cable outside where the sun, wind, dust, and rain can get to it.
